Queens residents, district leader Martha Flores Vazquez and Hiram Monserrate hold a Candle Light Vigil and pray for Puerto Rico, Mexico, September 24th, last Sunday.
At the same time, they collected batteries, canned food and bottled water for people affected by Hurricane Maria.
