BREAKING: Mall shooting suspect is Arcan Cetin, 20-year-old resident of Oak Harbor, Washington, authorities say.
State authorities say they have arrested a suspect in the deadly shooting of five people, almost 24 hours after a gunman opened fire in a crowded mall on Friday evening.
According to the Associated Press, the man in custody has been identified as Arcan Cetin, a 20-year-old resident of Oak Harbor, Washington, where he was taken into custody, about 30 miles west of the crime scene in Burlington.
Washington State Patrol confirmed the capture in a tweet.
